I got an sms from docomo about RC250 which said " Recharge with RC250 & get Unltd Data+Rs.222.5 TT. Also, get extra Rs10 with 10 days validity within 72hrs. Buy your pack online on tatadocomo.com or retailer."
I went online to that website and did the recharge. There was only one RC250 pack to choose from the top up page which also said 222.5 talktime. I did the recharge on 10th Feb 2013 by 12.15pm and got an sms confirmation.
Since I got unlimited data free with the pack, I started using internet around 2pm and I was charged; but when I turned off it was refunded back.
After sometime, when I started using the internet again, I was charged close to Rs400 which has still not been refunded after informing customer care through phone (on 11th Feb 2013 aroung 10am) and chat ( on 11th Feb 2013 around 10.30am).
The customer care representative says they can't help me and that according to their sources RC250 cannot be done online. But, I found the top up denomination online; there was only one top up option available as RC250 and I did it. Now, I have been wrongly billed for internet usage though I was promised unlimited data free with the recharge.

Kindly arrange for refunding the amount.

P.S. I am attaching the webpages which show various recharge options available and there was only one option with 250 denomination in the top up page
