Complaint Details
I had booked the Flight ticket through via.com vide booking reference number FMN0P8OXJEU on 11th October 2012. The flight was cncelled by airline and it was intimated by Via.com. Since then I have been requesting them to refund my money but they have not refunded so far making excuses and assuring every time that I will get my refund. It has been almost 4 months now and am still waiting for the refund. I request you to take the necessary action so that I can receive my hard earned money back.
