Hi sir/Madam,
I, Vinod Nayak resident of Mumbai, India, is mailing you as i have not received any response for the complaint which was submitted on 4th Nov'12 with Tata Docomo
I was suppose to get a response within 48 hours. It has been over 90 days and no action has been taken as yet.
Case History: I had bought a connection and a handset (Ideos) on 24th May'12 from Tata Docomo brand outlet. Handset started giving problems from the month of Sep' 12. When I tried to get some resolution for the problems I was advised to go the service station which is 20 KM away from my place (Company had closed down several services station outlets). When i have been to the service station they have told me that the warranty of the handset has been expired in the month of Jul' 12. which means Tata Docomo is selling handsets for which the warranty of the handsets are about to expire ! !. I have got the written document from the service station for the same.
I beleive such handsets are still being sold from Tata Docomo. Being a responsible citizen I have bought this to your kind attention. Kindly advise me on how to proceed further.
It was sad to know that being a top company these people are getting into such petty acts to dupe people.
