Complaint Details
My Name is RAJESHWARAN working in chennai.
I have booked a bike yamaha fazer on 25th december 2012 in JMB yamaha,
anna nagar, chennai.
Initially i booked the bike in finance.
Because of registration issue i converted the finance into full cash
and asked them to register my vehicle in my native address(neyveli).
They also promised me the same.

Then I paid the full amount of 88k on 8th jan 2013.
They took the maximum possibilities in the extension of delivery time
and finally delivered the bike on 24th jan.
Now I have crossed 600kms and Not yet the registration has been done.
I have been warned by a policemen for non-registration riding of over 600kms.
Now my bike is in the showroom for service and not willing to take my
bike without registration.

Till now i am being waiting for the registration.
This is the very poor customer service i ever had in my life.
I booked the bike for the job, Now I am being in the situation of
loosing my job.
Here the peoples always focussing on business, business... and not caring about customers.
I dont know till how long will they take to complete the registration......
I hope through this website i will get the solution for this issue.
