I re started my Nokia Phone and it got connected with Internet. To my surprise, Rs. 737 were consumed in three days on my bill. I noticed the problem when I could not make any call and my Cellphone balance has become nil. I went to Vodafone office and was instantly dismissed as I was blamed for this internet usage. However, not even single time Vodafone has informed me that my money is being sucked by internet. for using internet there are special super expensive charges. I believe that the information of internet charges was purposely hidden from me and customers like me. I was kept in dark of the super expensive charges. If I knew that using internet would be such an expensive affair, I would have definitely switched to some other scheme. Therefore, I request Consumer Complaints Redressal Council India to initiate a high level inquiry of this scam. I hope to get 100% refund.
