:I had purchased a black berry 9220 from vodaphone malad on 20/9/12.bill no is 37591.Set was defective and used to get discharged in 2 hours withot a single call.In fact i have not used the phone for a single call till date. Afterone month I was asked to take repaired phone which I refused and asked to give new handset.After 5 visits to store and endless mail to Vodafone I am yet to get my phone or money .
