Dear sir,
I have booked Akash3(Ubislate 7C+) on 02.02.2013 through on line payment paid rs. 4999.00 against order id no. PMEC4B1 and as per terms material should be shipped within 72 hrs. but after 2 weeks material not dispatch and have no response from customer service.
Please take a necessary action.
