Complaint Details
I am using an airtel 3g dongel internet conncetion and last month charges for airtel bill is more than what i expected. Limit of my internet connection is 12800 MB per month free usage and this cycle starts on 5th of every month. I checked my internet usage on 4th feb and i got the message that usage is 12245.33 MB but when i cked the bill its displaying the usage more than 13gb which is unacceptable for me. I called customer care and they said that limit was already crossed on 30th jan 2013 but how can it be possible when i have the message of 4th feb claiming that i have used 12245 MB of data. Below is the mesasge i received from airtel on 4th feb.
