Complaint Details
i have recharged my cell(no-9952015027) online for 34 rs(benifit-Get 75 local mins and 100 local + National SMS).after 10- 15 mins i started to sent message in group,they have deducted money from my main balance.i called the airtel customer care and talked with customer care executive and told the complaint but of nu use.before sending sms my main bal was around 180 rs but after sending the sms it was around 120 rs.i have received my recharge message from airtel as soon i recharged.kindly help me
