Sub: Product was not delivered in committed time by company even after Payment.
Booking ID: “PMBD54D583D8”
I booked Ubislate7+ tablet PC (a project sponsored by the Indian Government, Ministry of Human Resource Development) on 18/12/ 2011 was given booking ID “PMBD54D583D8”. I have got a mail from them saying if I decide to make the payment in advance they will prioritized my delivery of Ubislate7+ in April 2012, along with free shipping. The payment was made through my cheque no. “176134” amount Rs.2,999 drawn on Panjab National Bank that was cleared by them on 1st March 2012. but
till the 12/02/2013 they did not deliver my booking order.
During this period I called thousands of time at 18001802180 but they did not attended calls, but luckily connected only two or three time and every time they assured me that item will be delivered within next 3 days then I waited every time.
Then I make an email to supportin@datawind.com ,sales@datawind.com and got a irresponsible and ridiculous reply by offering me three upgraded product with asking for Rs. 2,500 extra bucks. That was not expected by me.
Some Facts:
1. They assured and promised that they will prioritized the delivery of Ubislate7+ in next month, along with free shipping, if we make an advance payment through Cheque/Demand Draft.
 But they did not send my order after advanced payment By cheque No. “176134” Panjab National Bank. Which was cleared on 01/03/2012.

2. In these days Company is offering for new upgraded versions with extra Money Like Ubislate7Ci/7C+, and providing delivery within 10 days on the basis of “cash on delivery” also. (Company gets money after/on delivery).
 There is no consideration of their pervious booking which was pending since 18/12/2011 as my.

3. In comparison with other companies I never seen or experienced like this company’s tendency adopted by Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Company achieve their aim with a totally 'customer focused' approach, and not a 'money focused' one. But here vice versa (“money focused” approach not a ‘customer focused’).
 I have seen and experienced that if a company has scarcity of their product he offers for new one or other better options.

Expectation:
a same featured product can be considered, like Ubislate7C+.

You are highly requested to tell me the actual fixed date of Delivery (not sine die) Without demanding extra money on urgent basis ASAP.
