Dear Sir,
I placed an order with Order #10382072 at Timtara on 6th January. But they did not ship the product so I requested to cancel the order on 18th January.
As per their website it says the order can be cancelled by calling customer care number.
I called customer care number several times but they did not cancel the order. They asked to mail to different mail ids each time I called.
I mailed them but did not hear any reply from them.
Also I replied to head customer service at customerfirst@timtara.com but the mail bounced back.
I requested for cancellation on 18th January but still got no reply from them.
After many tries I managed to get it cancelled. But till now they have not returned my money.

Even before shipping the product they charged my card. And after cancellation also they did not return my money.

From 6th January my money is with them and today 12th february, I have not yet received the money back.
Pathetic service and the way the customer service people talk to customers is not proper. They are very rude and unhelpful.
Please help me in getting my money back also proper action should be taken against the merchant so that they follow an ethical business standard.
