Hello CCRC,

On 4th Feb, I had purchased a mobile from myvirtualplaza.com website. The amount for product Rs 9979 has already been charged to my credit card account but the product is not yet delivered. They said that the product will be delivered in 5 days but it is more than 9 days now and still it is not delivered. I am trying to contact Virtual Plaza on their email IDs but nobody is replying to my mails. I have also tried calling their contact numbers several times but all those number never work. They are either always busy or out of service.
Please help me and intimidate My Virtual Plaza by sending a legal notice to them.
