Complaint Details
On 29th january 2013 I had ordered a skirt online at from 9rasa.com.My order number is 3600003866.Since there was delay in delivery I cancelled the order.It was a prepaid order.I cancelled the order on 31st january.The cancellation was confirmed on 5th february 2013.I was supposed to receive refund of Rs 1699 against my order in 3 to 5 working days.It is 13 the feb today and I still haven't received any refund and they aren't even communicating further.I am attaching a proof of my order with this complaint
