Complaint Details
We bought Voltas water dispenser in their showroom before billing they told that they will get the new one from the goodown wait for 5 mins and the bill passed to 5 persons and they attended us for one hour and we got the response very badly. Once we paid the bill the total behaviour of that person got changed.They asked us to go and collect it from the goodown.We said just cancel the bill and return the money,but they behaved in a harsh way.We have been waited for more than two hours in a goodown and then we ourself took the product.And the sales person particularly said go and complaint were ever you need, we have influence and will bribe them.
