Complaint Details
I have a insurance policy renewed from icici lombard during the process of the policy i had clearly mentioned that i have a cng kit installed in my vehicle and due to which the company took a copy of the registeration certificate to see if it is government authorized or not. After all this process they sent me a quotation stating bio fuel charges in the premium. When i went to the car company to file the claim for my car they told me that the insurance company has not mentioned the cng kit value in my insurance policy.
