sir,
i would like to register a complaint with you regarding gift which i didnt receive yet . i bought an idea netsetter on sep27 2012 with PGANESHA01 voucher but still i didnt receive my gift which was an 8gb pendrive.i contacted ebay customer care many times but no proper information was provided and they put me on hold for nearly 45min and even after that they didnt ans me.my paisapay id is 32232291582.

1day in cust care they said me that they have dispatched the free gift through bluedart on 3rd jan with tracking id 13640687981 which was an invalid one .again when i called back and asked them about this aftr 5 days they told they dispatched only on jan 8 and that no is not trackable but still gift didnt reach me.why should fake information be provided????please see to this matter asap and provide me correct details .I MAILED THEM MANY TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE
