I ordered Ubislate7+ in May 2012 and below are the cheque and clearing details.

I have sent an ICICI Bank cheque and below are the clearing details.I think Roopa from DataWind has collected the Courier(DTDC).

9 29/06/2012 INWARD MICR ZONE - 1 DR INR 2,999.00

After atleast 30-40 emails they said that i have an offer to upgrade to 7Ci which i accepted over email and was asked to pay 500rs extra while collecting piece to which i agreed.

I got a call from Datawind logistics team on Dec 24th that i will get my price in 15 days, after a month i enquired once again as i did not get any courier.
they emailed me AWB no: I00536006 DTDC details which was delivered to Mumbai.

Its so horrible because they confirmed my bangalore address and my bangalore cell numberBanagalore Cheque number but they deliver to someone in mumbai.

I am so disappointed with DATAWIND that i want to go with legal action.
Before that want to try if there is any gentleman who can help me.
