I had sent a consignment through Professional courier on 30 Jan’13 to Sangrur, Punjab. It had weight of 0.75 kg (Receipt attached). It returned to the Mangalore office on 7th Feb’13 stating that service not available in the particular city. When I reached to collect the consignment it weighs only 0.25 kg and the dispatched material was missing. When I denied to receive the consignment the staff told me they had no responsibility towards the missing of material. Please provide me suitable action since I am highly disappointed by the attitude of the staff. Still I am not finding any action has been taken by Professional courier authority.
