Complaint Details
1) Purchased and go installed Minda Central Car Locking System from Shreenath Car Accessories on 03/12/10(under 3 years warranty and free home service).

2) Left hand side door's motor of he locking system is jammed. A complaint is filed with Minda and Minda tehnician arrives with replacement motor at home ( free service).To the utter shock of the Minda technician and to me,the Motor installed, belongyed to Xenos company.

3)Minda tehnician refuses to replace the motor and speaks to a representative in shreenath.The Shreenath rep.admits that it is their fault and asks me to get the car personally to his shop for replacing the product(approx 50km return journey from my residence as he says he cannot send his techincian to my place as
he will have to pay the technician.

4) He arranges to send a Minda motor to my office in Andheri inspite of repeated requests for technican as it his fault of installing a duplicate part and charging for original part.

5) Repeated calls to shreenath accessories has no effect.

Note:Original bills,warranty card with shreenath accessories stamp as installer, minda technicians report are availablein hard copy with me.

My claims (subject to legality);

1)Free installation of Minda Motor at residence by shreenath accessories.
Or

2)Paid installation of motor from Minda and cost of the same to be borne by Shreenath Accessories.

3)50,000Rs or more in compensation for jeopardising the security of car by installing duplicate system since dec 2010.

4)Apology Letter from shreenath accessories.

5)Fraud case against Shreenath accessories for installing Xenos system and charging for Minda system
