Hi,

I wanted to lodge complaint against Amrapali Group related to my booling in Amrapali Hanging Garden. In Dec2011 I booked a FLAT in Amrapali hanging garden Sec-107, NOIDA UP & I was told that work will start in 3 months but still nothing has happened. They have already taken 15% amount in advance and no work has started. Everytime I call them they ask to wait for 2-3 months. Now they are saying that due to management issue they have no clue when work will start and i am feeling like fooled as the price when i booked the FLAT was in my budget and now if this project does not start i can't even think of taking refund & buying FLAT in that or nearby location. So I see myself completly fooled and stucked due to unprofessional and fraud attitude by Amrapali Group.

My FLAT details are:
FLAT No 1601, Tower C

Please help me in getting right value for the hard earned money i gave to Amrapali on good faith of Brand but seems they are also just not caring about customers.

Subject: Amrapali hanging garden project
Reply: This will be a fit case to take up under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, against the builder, demanding execution of the agreement as well as seeking possession of the flat when the bukilding is ready, on the same agreed rate/consideration. The Right to Information Act, 2005 can be put to good use for seeking details about the layout plans and the details of application filed with the concerned authorities by the builder for the proposed construction and also for what is the reason for the delay in granting aproval, by the said authorities. On the basis of the information that may be received, the complainant can decide to ask for refund instad, with the compensation and interest and cost.
