Complaint Details
I purchased a Sony Cybershot DSC-WX50 16 MP Digital Camera (Blue) on 8 Jan '2013 and paid Rs. 9700 through my Credit Card. The product is not delivered yet. My Order No.10382476. On 4 Feb '2013 due to non-receipt of my product I requested to cancel my Order and requested for Refund but all in Vain. I have spoken multiple times with their customer care representatives "Naina", "Deepak", "Wasim" without any success. Herein enclosing My Order Receipt and all my e-mail communication for your reference.
