I have booked Merc ML 250 in Oct12 and got commitment from Dealer to deliver the car within 2 months with a promise to deliver car by 12-Nov.
My Car Loan was processed by HDFC and I have clearly informed DSA (Sangam) of HDFC not to disburse loan till I approve. However HDFC disbursed loan in 1st week of Nov12 with out my approval and dealer has accepted the loan. When I spoke with Sangam on loan disbursement, he mentioned that HDFC by mistake disbursing the loan. Since Loan has been disbursed, HDFC started to charge EMI of 60K from Dec12.
I have been following up with Merc Dealer and as well as Merc India for car delivery and have been getting false commitments from Merc that car would be delivered on 12-Nov, then end of Nov12 , then 25-Dec , then end of Jan and then Feb13.
I got frusated and cancelled car on 5-Jan-13.
I personally met Aadishwar Auto Dealer Managing Director and also spoke with Merc India and also peronally met HDFC Auto Loan City Head Vijay Verma and explained about issues I faced. I got commitment from Aadishwar Auto that issues would be sorted that is refund of my part payment, refund of loan disbursed by HDFC bank and also refund of EMI which I paid to HDFC (60K) along with NO DUES letter from HDFC.
As on date I got only my part payment refund and HDFC is following up with for intereste, cancellation charges etc.. which HDFC and Merc needs to sort out.

I request your intervention to sort this issue and get back my EMI which I paid in Dec amounting to 60K , along with interest and also the interest on part payment of 5 Lacks which I paid to Aadishwar Auto on 2-Nov ( which was refuned on 11-Jan without interest).
