Complaint Details
A channel Partner of Reliance Communications , name of UnoCall InfoCom Pvt Ltd provided me a 3G SIM card which never worked because my documents were misplaced somewhere by the channel partner or Reliance Communication. However Reliance Communication has still sent me a bill stating that the SIM card was put in the phone for activation hence i am liable. My situation is that my SIM is not working and not activated yet i am being asked to pay the bill. on top of it i paid 250 Rs to the channel partner for SIM delivery. Now the channel partner is not picking the phone
