Complaint Details
Billed huge amount for use of download facility. If Plan was taken in advance, bill amount would have limited to mxm Rs.1250/- against over Rs.11000/- billed. More than 10 to 12 times difference in charges, if taken Plan in advance and if made higher use, which apparently totally unfair and detrimental to consumers interest.
