Complaint Details
I have entered into an agreement with Ion Exchange's Kolkata Office on 19.01.2012, for Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for servicing of Zero B filter RO-10
( Unit Sl. No. 17482) for one year from 25.01.2012 to 24.01.2013. I am narrating below how I have been suffering due to neglect of conditions of contract due to no fault of mine.
{The Details I have sent in a Speed Post Letter to Mr Gopinath Kudba --attached}.
I had a talk with Mr Kudba on 23rd January,2013 when he said he would look into the matter and do the needful.
That night I received an emeil from Mr Kudba which is also attached.
Since then I did not hear anything from them.
I, therefore, request you to take up this complain of mine for your investigation and necessary redressal of my harrasment by the company's Office, and to take corrective measures at the earliest since this involved security of my family members because of the Drinking Water expected to be drank by all members which is not a matter to be neglected.
I am awaiting a mail from you acknowledging my complain as early as possible from you.
