I have to receive an important govt. document which was sent through Blazeflash courier on date 24.01.2013 bearing Awb No 297244272.
I did not received the courier till now and when my wife called the Kalka Office on 1st Feb'13 and spoke to Mr. Deepak who
said "I am not your servant and the address you have given does not exist" and when my wife said that she'll complain
about it then Mr. Deepak said that she can complain where ever she want and he will not deliver the courier.
Then I called him and he was so abusive that i could not believe on my ears. First I thought to lodge an FIR against him
but on 2nd Feb I called him again and he said that he sent the courier back to Ambala. When I talked to the Ambala office
the lady has no idea where the courier is.She did not answered my queries on several followups.
I am very disappointed and they have not even sent the courier to the starting destination. The negligence shown and the language used
is not tolerable.It is requested to take necessary action.
