Complaint Details
Kent RO makes a claim during their sale that ongoin maintenance is for the RO membrane to be changed once in 12 years and for the sediment and carbon filter to be changed every 12 months. I have had to change my filter four times between Oct 2012 and Feb 16,2013. I have had to change my RO membrane on Feb 25, 2012 and now on Feb 16, 2012 am being asked to do so again all at my own expense or drink contaminated water. The claims made by Kent are false and I would like to be compensated for the same.I bought the RO for Rs 14000 but in the last one year alone I have spent close to Rs 7000
