Complaint Details
I had ordered a Compaq model & was promised delivery in 3 days its been 5 days & I have received a wrong model, classic. I am trying to get in touch with the Sales person Mr. Dharmendra but he is not responding to the call. His seniors in The office are also giving false commitment but no action/ replacement is done till date. Full Payments have been made by check HDFC bank.


I also presume that cheating of such type is a general practice at Eureka Forbes. People are innocent & have scarcity of time to report to the authority.
