I took datacard connection 4-5 months back. As per information by company executive and offer document signed am supposed to get Rs150 pm discount on bill amount upto 6 month. For 1st month bill i did not get any -discount, still i paid bill and hopefully Dec-12 or late Nov onwards am not using the service. Asked customer care to stop the service and revert my amount of 150. But they did not do and now company is threatening me and asking to pay penalty of roughly Rs2000 extra for service...One month bill due is there of rs950 which i agree but not more than that...Now company is telling we will inform police and threatening me ....due to above dispute i did not pay amount to company....please help me ....
