My name is S.M.A Mohammed Faiz Mohideen, residing at 55/24, soorappa mudali street, Triplicane, Chennai-600 005. My Reliance user id is 353697092693 & Complaint No. 198321747 made on Friday 15th February 2013.
The downtime of my connection started on 19th January 2013, I have made several complaints subsequently, after 17 days Reliance has rectified the problem & my connection started working on February 5th 2013.
From February 5th another problem started- Frequent disconnection, Connection will work only for 15 minutes to maximum 20 minutes then disconnects, subsequently i have made numerous complaints, Reliance local engineer will come and assist the problem, then rectify it, connection will start working, however it stays connected for only couple of minutes then it disconnects.
Even yesterday a technician came and fixed it, connection worked for few minutes then disconnected, when i asked him, he told me he was unable to find the root cause of this issue. He said someone from head office should come and attend this problem otherwise, this problem cannot be fixed.
So i am not getting satisfactory response from both the customer care and engineers, they are very reluctant to respond, also they keep postponing to resolve the issue.
So kindly look in to my problem and do the needful.
