Dear sir/mam,
I am serving in defence and having MTS data card no. 8459243353. Due to my duties outside Delhi/NCR i could not use my Data card from Apr/May 2012. However i contacted MTS customer care on 13 Feb 13. The customer care executive informed me that my Data card was still active and could recharge my data card with the available data plans.After which i recharged my data card for Rs 348. I used the internet services for two days(13 and 14 Feb 13) .However on 15 Feb 13. i faced problem in connecting to net and could not do so. So on 16 Feb 13 i again contacted customer care . The customer care executive informed me that since i had not recharge for last 06 months so my data card was permanently deactivated. However i tried to convince the executive that it was not my fault , I had recharged my data card only after assurance from MTS customer care that my data card was still active. Hw even refused to log my complaint and Give a complaint no.
the Deactivatation of my data card has caused me monetary loss and lead to mental harassment due to unavailability of services. It is requested that your rep must contact em and refund my Rs 348 since due to extreme req for an internet connection i have switched to different service provider, so even in case of your activation for one month it will not be useful to me.( as sent to MTS)
