Complaint Details
I purchased 2 online ticket from Pvr Rivoli on 08-02-2013 at 11:26 i got immediately message from my Bank but not from Pvr so i tried their customer care but there is no one,So i reached at Pvr rivoli and tell every thing to their staff,he told me that if u don't get any massage on my mobile then it means my ticket is not booked & i will get refund within 2 hours.I also asked him to check his system but his reply is same. So i purchased another 2 tickets. But there is no refund till now.
