Sir,
I had bought a Micromax P275 Funbook on 1st Feb,2013.Buton 2nd feb,2013 it didnot start.Then I was going to Micromax service center,Cuttack from Rourkela on 4th Feb,2013.On 5th,feb I gave it to them for repair.Then they received my device and gave it to me in good condition after 20-25 minutes and told me that I have to charged the battery 4 hours and also told me that may be that was my battery problem.Then I returned back to Rourkela after charged 4 hours at friend's home at Bhubaneswar.On 6th feb when I reached at Rourkela then it was same problem again to my device.Then I contacted them but they told me that if within 7 days it shows problems then it will be replaced.Then on 6th feb I was going to Cuttack again and gave it to them 7th feb,2013.They told me that within 2 days it will be get repaired or on major symptons it will be replaced.But till today i donot get it and they told me that they donot know how many days does it take bcoz they forward it to Delhi.My jobsheet no is N030592-0213-2844150 and I have tried several times to helpline no and headquater no after an advice of officer of National Consumer Complain.Plz sir help me.I have paid Rs.4650/- for the device and Rs.500-Rs.1000/- on train journey and other.So I request you to be good and kind enough to take neccessary steps soon For which I shall be gratefull to you.
