My sister has sent a courier from kochi, kerala on 13th Feb to jaipur via flight service.
The details on website gives details till 14th feb 2pm; no information post that.
More over it says courier by road in place of flight.
report says...sent to delhi, delhi people say they have not recieved it, kochi people not giving any clarity & customer care disconnecting call without closing.
