Dear sir/madam,

I have been having issues for many years, and now for the past month, there is absolutely no signal at home. I made several complaints to Airel, but the issue is not resolved. I wrote to their nodal and appellate officers and did not get any convincing reply. I have attached the email communication along with this complaint. Hoping that you will be able to get me justice.
