Complaint Details
I deposited my BlackBerry mobile Bold 9780 in this center on 23/11/2012. After continuous and follow up with them, now they say that the request cannot be located in their system. This was a mobile costing 25000 Rs and was under warranty. They always asked me to come back next week and each visits I was was told that the mobile wasn't repaired. I've been cheated for past 3 months, no idea where to take this so that an action can be taken against them. Attaching herewith the JobSheet provided by this service center.
