Dear sir/madam, from few days my reliance gsm prepaid has got unnecessary balance cut by some services which I have not been activated. The services like VAS(Value Added Service)which I have not been activated. The amounts are like Rs-3, Rs-27, Rs-29. I have warned the customer care , but they didn't give any response or any provided any kind of help. These days I have feared to recharge also because of unnecessary balance cut down. I wish you will take my request and provide me some help.
