Complaint Details
I have been worked in Motherson Automotive Elastomers(MAE),A-4,
Motherson Industrial Park,SIPCOT Growth Centre,Sriperumpudur –
Chengalpet Road,Orgadam.,Kancheepuram District.,Tamilnadu,as QUALITY
ASSOCIATE since 2 months.I got typhoid fever while
working,Unfortunately I am unable to work.so I decided to resign and
submitted my resignation on 11-feb-2013.I asked my january-2013 salary
on that day,the hr staff told come after 4 days we will give balance
salary.so I to went to company on 15-feb-2013,and waited more than 3
hours but the hr staff told some reason and refused to give my salary
and told call me on next day.On saturday I tried to speak
to the hr staff but he did not attend my phone call.So I went monday
(18/02/2013) one more time but the hr staff's treated me like a dog
and refused to give my balance salaryThis is unfair.so I request that
Please help me me get my salary.
