Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Aqua water purifier from Eureka forbes last march 2012. There were repeated problems when service complaints are logged they take their own time to attend the call even to a month and the last complaint was made via web in Jan with reference No (9064b75c770e)which was not attended and later in Feb one more call was also logged with reference No (89ea5b878c94)for which a call was received from local service provider stating "that they cannot attend the call till warranty expires and if required we need to pay extra service and spare charges to get it rectified within warranty period" which is frustrating and bad languages are used when demanded.
