sir, I had purchased eurekaforbes W/F RO Spring fresh on 02.10.2010 for Rs,12600/-which was installed after several reminders on 06.10,2010.after 4 months the inflow was slow,I mailed the ccc the service engg wanted me to change the filters, i did not agree for it was hardly 6 months,after alot of oral tiffs and complaints the filter was cleaned up and reset.
Later I wanted to service the filter so I called up ccc
one person named KUSHA(9880015106) visited and asked me take an AMC,I agreed and took for 2 years from 09.06.2012 to 08.06.2014 for RS.6950/-under contract receipt no:10 20720413 dtd 09.06.2012.He also told me that I need not clean the filter every 15 days which I was doing previously,but if necessary it can be done once in three months. I have under gone a cardiac stent implantation.I was using this water for cooking and drinking.
In the month of September 2012 I wanted to see the level of water in the tank and GOD forbid the sight gave me a shock and i felt nausea there about 25 to 30 cockroaches dead and floating I don’t know from how long these insects were inside.I called ccc and told them and the reply was to use some sprays and to keep the place free from these insects,as I was shifting I packed the filter and now it is not in use . I dont want to use it, the very sight of the filter puts me on my nerves. physiologically I dread using that filter again. I called up ccc and told them the facts and that I wanted the AMC amount to be refunded for which one person asked if I have taken any photo of the cockroaches,when I wanted to talk to the higher ups they were beating around the bush and giving cock and bull stories about the non availability of the higher ups.
After constant arguments and sending a mail on 06.11.2012 one person visited my place and noted the AMC particularst he requested for a xerox copy to be kept ready on his next visit. I followed the case and I was asked by Dinesh Reg. manager 9342310507 to contact Mr. Achuthan (96118660377) ,after listening he said the amount is not refundable but he can repair the filter. I am not in favour to own any eurekaforbes product,as there is NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and SAFETY, this bitter experience is enough for me. I dont want to gamble on any of your products.The RS 12600/- has gone down the drain at least refund the AMC amount at the earliest please.My cell No: 095350 84982 Bangalore. We have been sending them so many mails for refund of 7000 rupees and finally wrote the below mails to them:
Mail no 2: Can anyone respond or take action on this?
Mail no 3: Please let us know when the amount will get refunded
Mail no 4: It is very bad to know that Eureka Forbes is so careless in handling customers.
Even after so many mails, I have neither got a reply nor an action taken against this. Every time when a mail is sent, I get a call from the agents and hear a nice story from them stating that they can support only for Shantinagar location and for BTM location, we need to contact some other person and that the concern has been forwarded to the respective person.
Why should I beg for my money? I least expected such a worst service from Eureka forbes and I would never recommend for my friends as well.
If we are not using, you don’t deserve to keep our AMC money with you. Kindly react to this mail instead of just giving us stories or please let me know if I can directly get this done by raising a concern with consumer court or the higher officials.

Mail no 5: What the hell is happening here?
I got a call on Friday saying that you people are ready to refund 50% of the AMC amount? Why should I accept for 50% refund when I am not using the product at all? I am so frustrated in following up with you guys.
I have been going through mental agony & health problems because of that contaminated water. I should claim for 50,000 for all those problems which I faced in following up with you people.
I will see you people in the court. I have taken a picture of the contaminated water because of cockroaches & I have all recorded conversations of you people over phone.
I have been patient enough and gave you people ample time for solving this. Let me file a case and you yourself face the consequences.

Mail no 6: I see that my patience is put under test here.
Yesterday I got a call from a guy asking me to hold the mail which is to be sent to the consumer court letting us know that he will help in refunding the amount and that his manager will call and speak to me about this.
I came to know that he has narrated a good story rather than taking action. I will hold on for one more day till 12pm tomorrow and if I don’t receive the amount which i explained in the earlier mail, I will file the case which I have it with me with proof along with conversations over phone to the court.

The last mail (mail no 6) was written on Feb 12 2013. Request you to kindly take action on this and help in getting the AMC amount with penalty.
