Complaint Details
Last year i had taken two such holiday packages offered by Bagit Today offering holidays for 7days in a 5 Star properties across india and abroad. When i started calling for booking they evaded me sayng that the charts ae not prespared and bookings are close for this month so on and so forth. This all events are on mail and recorded. Finally after lot of pursuation they gave me a booking in Goa property saying its a 5 star property BElla Rosa which is not even having any ratings. I started complaining on this and finally they renwed my pacakge and now they are saying that you have availed the bookings and now cannot offer the package. The renewal mail is also recorded with me.

I would request to take this issue in public forum programme and make aware to INDIA how such a prominent group of INDIA - INDIATODAY makes fool of his people and cheating them by fradulent online offers.

Please help me into the matter. It was my hard Earned money which I have lost and I donot want other fellow Indian to be cheated. I have attached the copies of my bookings
