Dear Sir / Madam,
Greetings of the Day !!!
The complaint is against the Tata Docomo, Mumbai Customer Care who even after repeated Calls & visits to there Stores has not succeeded in resolving my Complaint. My Tata Docomo Number #9029353119 is not able to make outgoing Calls from Last 1 month & over.
I complained to the Service Provider when I was on a Official Visit to Hyderabad I complained to there CSRs sitting at the Begumpet Gallery they lodged my complaint & told me that the issue will be resolved in next 48hrs. After coming back to Mumbai I got a Call on my Alternate Number from there customer care representative saying that the problem is resolved & that I can make outgoing calls but after checking I get same problem. I imediatatley contact there customer care where I was told to contact Mumbai CSRs.
I went to there Gallery at Fort, Mumbai there also I was told that it will be resolved in next 48hrs but after 48hrs neither I got a call from there CC nor problem was solved. Due to my wedding I was unable to go to there Gallery also I didn't Call there Customer Support. After some days I again went to same Gallery, First I was made to waite for 2hrs. then after sometime Store Manager came to me with some Photo copies, after seeing that I remember giving a request of Prepaid to Postpaid in November 2011 at there Byculla Gallery but due to some reason I cancelled the request. I was told by the Gallery Manager that it is because of that my outgoing has been barred but I told him that was Nov 2011 if it was some problem then you should have Barred there in, why now but he said that I am lying & the number is off from that time onwards but after telling him that Can prove that my number was working because I have made outgoing calls before 8th Jan 2013 to to other Tata Docomo Numbers (08097771212/7208496213/8976559785) but he said that the issue will be solved once you give request to Pre-Post now & it will be ON on in next 24hrs but it did not.
This time I went to the Byculla Gallery where I gave the request for Pre to Post, here again I was made to explain them the entire issue even after giving them the Old Complaint Numbers. After checking for a while CSR comes saying that your number is down from Nov 2011 because of some Pre to Post migration process then I informed them that if they want they can check my call records before 8th Jan 2013 but they said that they are not getting any details. But I'v informed that I was making outgoing calls until 8th Jan 2013 I also gave them my other Tata Docomo Numbers she checked & confirmed that it was ON but here they told it might from Billing but then I told them I have Bank Transaction details for Online Recharge. After explaining everything there I was told to waite for 48hrs again I also informed them that I am going Out of Mumbai & will be out 10 Days they gave me assurance of getting it resolved before that but still issue unresolved.
Please guide about what further step to take in this matter because these people are really acting like Babus.
Also I dont want to loose my number because I am one of the Oldest Tata Docomo Users I am there customer since 2009. Please help.
