I had made a booking via Goibibo for a Jet airways flight from Lucknow to Indore (PNR: EIMEXB). This flight was cancelled due to fog and I wanted to claim a refund. When I emailed Goibibo in Dec 2012 last week, I was informed that Jet airways will take 15 days to process my refund and then Goibibo will credit it back into my account. I was not been given any confirmation for my refund amount also, where as before cancelling the ticket when I checked the refund details with Jet airways customer care, I was told that full refund will be given.
Its been more than 2 months and neither GOIBIBO nor Jet Airways has acted on my request to process the refund, despite several follow ups. Can you please help me get my refund at the earliest?
