I have booked honeymoon package through www.vacationsgateway.in from whom I got a call & they told me to give a best package in Rs.2999/- for 2 night & 3 Days at any where in India. So i told them to provide hotel details for Matheran(Maharashtra) & they have provide me a mail with hotel details to choose, I have selected Lords Central Hotel Matheran for that they were agreed for the same for my travel date 22/02/2013 to 24/02/2013 & so that they told me to pay Rs.2999/- in their ICICI Bank Account no. 081505500281 & I have deposited the same amount on 05/02/2013 & they have given me Payment/Purchase ID : BL0000211 & booking form on 05/02/2013, I have completed all the procedure on same day, But from that day they are ignoring my calls & not giving proper response. Even when I am writing this they are still saying that you will got a call at 4 PM as they are telling me since last 10 days thay you will got a call from our side in half an hour.
