Dear Sir,

I have booked a flat in AHG sector 107 in Tower L. It has been more than 1.5 years since the booking, I am not hearing anything positive about this project. I personally approached the site location many times but marketing team is not even able to show a clear picture what's going on. Please advise an status and timelines.. It's my hard earned money invested in this project and I am doomed with news surrounding Amrapali and about its reputation in negative fashion.

Reply: This will be a fit case to take up under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, against the builder, demanding execution of the agreement as well as seeking possession of the flat when the bukilding is ready, on the same agreed rate/consideration. The Right to Information Act, 2005 can be put to good use for seeking details about the layout plans and the details of application filed with the concerned authorities by the builder for the proposed construction and also for what is the reason for the delay in granting aproval, by the said authorities. On the basis of the information that may be received, the complainant can decide to ask for refund instad, with the compensation and interest and cost.
