Sir, I applied for new PAN application on date 20th jan 2013 through online application mode of NSDL pune .
My Acknowledgement number is. 881020115692780.

In that Online application form they had not mentioned than prefix before name line Mr. Ms. Kumari. Smt are nor allowed.
But on that form they are accepting these details.


They rejected my PAN application because i mentioned Prefix before name.

I called the NSDL call canter, They told me to re-apply for the PAN card by submitting fees of Rs.96 again.

Their online application system is not user friendly. which make wastage of money of applicant.
