Complaint Details
Docomo charging me data usage @ Rs. 10/- per MB rate which is around 1GB data plan. I had data plan of 1GB activated on my mobile @ Rs. 199 for 1 month. This is not mentioned in my plan that Docomo is suppose to charge Rs. 10/per MB. Attached is the correspondence between appellate authority and me. At the end they agreed to discount Rs. 1000/- in my bill. But I am not liable to pay rest of bill.
