My name is Sayed Abdul Hafiz and my mobile number is 9870090040 from mumbai circle. I recently ported in the Idea circle. For the first month I had activate a plan of Rs.399 and subsequently due to heavy usage I switched to the Plan 899 in the month of January.

In February when I received my latest bill, I was surprised to find that all the local and STD land line calls were charged. As per the Tariff plan of 899

4000 Local / STD + 1000 Roaming Mobile Mins+450 Local /National SMS are free, which is shown on your website and eventually confirmed with the Customer Service Representative of IDEA before switching of the plan.

I lodged my complaint with the customer service of IDEA, but after a couple of days, I was called and told that the landline calls are not free and the charges are correct and there will be no reversal of the charges and I will have to pay for the land line calls.

Kindly look into the same and help the consumer.
