Complaint Details
I was having airtel Post paid connection with the number 9003029831. On 22-12-2012, I gave an application to the Airtel Relationship Centre in Anna
nagar Chennai, to convert post paid to pre-paid retaining the same number. At that time, I was having an outstanding amount of Rs.454/- (Rupees Four Hundred
and Fifty four only) which I paid through cash; subsequently after 3 days my pre-paid connection was activated. I initially paid the Security Deposit of
Rs.500/- for the post paid connection which was neither refunded nor adjusted against the outstanding amount before converting into pre-paid. On
18-1-2013 I made a complaint at Airtel regional office, Bharati Towers in chennai on this issue and I was told within 48 hours this issue will be solved.
After couple of days again I contacted the Airtel customer service at that time they raised the service request for my complaint ( 48324886 for your airtel mobile

number) and they said this will be solved before 16th of Feb 2013 and I was also asked to mail them the scanned copy of the deposit receipt which I mailed to them.

After 10 days, I got an email stating that " As per service request number48324886, we regret to inform you that there is no refund is reflecting in your account."
