HI Sir,

This is BalaRamaKrishna G has purchased byke Karisma R on date(19/01/2013) from Pratibha Motors. Actually the byk cost is (i.e. Rs- 88,883.00) On Road so during payment they has charged (i.e Rs-93,938.00). The dealer named Jawahar babu told that you will get refund money through Check payment so every day i use to go their office regarding this and they says their madam named jaya shree not there in offcie but she is in the office. They don't give any proper response to me and will suggest me to come morning your check will be ready but if go their office they will say come office in evening every day they do the same situation and irrtiating me. From Last month i am lossing my office hours not able to concentrate on the work.

Please help me in this regard.

I have all the supported documents wih me.

Let me know how to proceed further ta take action against them .
